About Me
I am am integrative psychotherapist and counsellor with over a decade's experience in working with people with a range of issues.
As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) I abide by their ethical frameworks.
I trained in integrative counselling at ReVision, London and in psychotherapy at The Minster Centre, London. This enables me to integrate different theoretical models into the way I work including psychodynamic, transpersonal psychotherapy, and creative approaches helping us think together about your experiences. I work with awareness of trauma and its impact on the body.
With a background in communications, I have worked in high pressure environments and understand the real-life challenges of the workplace which can trigger anxiety, depression and addictive behaviours. With an understanding of the professional world I can support you with your career challenges and development.
I know how transformative therapy can be, and I also know how talking about personal issues can be painful and challenging, whilst ultimately healing.
